e98com Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Online Gaming Platform Rules

By accessing, registering on or using e98com in any capacity, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full. This acceptance is binding from the moment you create an account or place your first bet — whichever occurs first. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use e98com.

e98com reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of e98com following any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. For significant changes, e98com will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or in-platform notification.

To register and use e98com, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. e98com is a strictly adult platform and participation by minors is prohibited absolutely.
• You must be registering on your own behalf — not on behalf of any third party, company or organisation.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to determine whether using e98com is lawful in your location before registering.
• You must not have been previously excluded, banned or suspended from e98com or any associated platform for any reason.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number and a working email address. Providing false information at registration is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

e98com reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point — including during registration, before processing a withdrawal or as part of routine compliance checks. Documents typically requested include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

One Account Rule: Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on e98com. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, e98com will close all accounts associated with that player and forfeit any balances, including any pending bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus activity.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your e98com account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. Do not share your login details with any other person. e98com will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support immediately.

Account Inactivity: An account is considered inactive if no login or financial activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. e98com may apply a monthly maintenance fee to inactive accounts after this period. Players will be notified before any fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance after the inactivity period may be closed at e98com's discretion.

Account Closure: You may close your account at any time by contacting e98com support. Any pending bets or wagering requirements at the time of closure must be resolved before the final balance is released. Self-exclusion requests are handled separately — see Section 10.

Currency: All transactions on e98com are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees. Minimum deposit is Rs 200.

Accepted Payment Methods: e98com supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players:

• NayaPay (instant)
• SadaPay (instant)
• Bank Transfer / IBFT (same business day)
• Visa / Mastercard debit or credit card (instant)

Deposit Conditions: Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. e98com reserves the right to return a deposit to its source if it cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder.

Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method previously used for deposits on the same account, or to a verified method added through the account dashboard. A minimum withdrawal amount of Rs 500 applies. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Standard processing time is 3–5 minutes for verified accounts on Easypaisa and JazzCash; bank transfers may take up to one business day.

Withdrawal Restrictions: e98com reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before processing large withdrawals. Withdrawals may be delayed or temporarily withheld if there is any ongoing investigation into the account. All withdrawals are subject to AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance checks.

e98com offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms below as well as any specific terms published on the individual promotion page. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

Wagering Requirements: All bonuses — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets and cashback offers — are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise on the promotion page. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any derived winnings can be withdrawn. Specific multipliers are stated on each promotion.

Eligible Games: Not all games on e98com contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game type are published on the Promotions page and may be updated periodically. Live casino games typically contribute at a different rate to slots or RNG table games.

Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse a bonus offer — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk hedged bets to artificially fulfil wagering requirements, or exploiting technical errors — will result in the bonus being voided, any winnings forfeited and the account potentially closed.

Validity: Bonuses have an expiry period from the date they are credited. Unclaimed bonuses or bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be removed from the account automatically. Expiry periods are stated on each promotion.

All bets and gaming sessions on e98com are subject to the platform's general rules as well as the specific rules applicable to each game or market. Game rules are accessible directly from each game interface or via the support team.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply across all games and betting markets on e98com. These are displayed at the point of placing a bet and may vary by game type, account tier and market. e98com reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.

Void Bets: A bet may be declared void in circumstances including technical errors that result in incorrect odds being displayed, data feed failures affecting live markets, or events that do not proceed as originally scheduled. Void bets are settled at odds of 1.00 and the original stake is returned in full.

Settlement: e98com aims to settle all bets promptly after the relevant event concludes. In the case of disputes regarding settlement, the official result as recognised by the relevant governing body (for sports) or the platform's certified RNG output (for casino games) will be used.

Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting game outcomes, e98com reserves the right to void affected rounds and return stakes. This applies to both live dealer games and RNG titles. e98com does not accept liability for losses arising from a player's own technical issues including poor internet connectivity.

The following rules apply specifically to all sports betting on e98com, including PSL cricket, football and any other sporting markets available on the platform.

Abandoned Matches: If a match is abandoned before the minimum required play has been completed (as defined by the relevant sport's governing body), all pre-match bets will be void and stakes returned. If sufficient play has occurred for a result to be determined, bets stand on that result.

Rain-Affected Cricket: In PSL and other cricket matches where rain interruption results in a revised target via the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method, match winner bets stand based on the official result. Other markets may be affected differently — specific rules are available on the PSL Betting page and from support.

Live In-Play Betting: Live bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Odds may be temporarily suspended during key moments in a match (wickets, DRS reviews, substitutions). Bets submitted during a suspended period are not accepted. Once a bet is confirmed by the system, it cannot be cancelled.

Accumulator Bets: Accumulator bets combine multiple selections into a single bet. All selections must win for the accumulator to pay out. If any selection is voided, the accumulator is recalculated without that selection. Minimum and maximum accumulator selection limits apply and are displayed at the point of building the bet.

e98com is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once
• Using automated betting software, bots or scripts of any kind
• Colluding with other players in poker, live games or any other format to gain an unfair advantage
• Deliberately exploiting software bugs, display errors or pricing errors
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent payment activity including chargebacks
• Providing false identity or payment information at any stage
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party for commercial gain
• Any attempt to launder money through gaming activity on e98com

e98com uses automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to identify suspicious activity. Accounts flagged for investigation may be temporarily restricted from withdrawals pending review. e98com's determination in fair play matters is final.

e98com is committed to responsible gaming. The platform provides the following tools to all registered players, accessible directly from the account dashboard:

e98com provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While e98com makes every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates reliably and accurately, it does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical issues at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, e98com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or loss of opportunity — arising from your use of the platform. e98com's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the relevant incident.

e98com is not responsible for any losses you incur as a result of your own decisions to bet or play. Gambling involves financial risk and outcomes are not guaranteed. You participate in all games and betting markets at your own risk.

e98com may amend these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes affecting player rights or financial conditions, e98com will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to registered players where possible.

Continued use of e98com after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using e98com and may request closure of your account at any time by contacting support.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to e98com's operating jurisdiction. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through e98com's internal complaints process will be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body as specified in the platform's licensing conditions.

Players agree that any legal proceedings arising from use of e98com will be conducted in the language of these Terms (English) and under the jurisdiction applicable to e98com's licence. By using the platform, you waive any objection to such jurisdiction.
